Questions We’re Frequently Asked
Do you have a showroom that we can visit?
For the time being we are operating without a showroom, selling directly to our customers. This means our lower costs can be passed directly to our customers.
We need some building work completing before our kitchen can be fitted. Can you do this?
Yes, we undertake many jobs where building work is necessary and are happy to quote for this work and then project manage any building works required as part of the overall kitchen installation.
How long does it take to fit a new kitchen?
We begin most of our jobs on a Monday and ask all our customers to allow at least one working week for installation. Sometimes the work can be finished more quickly, and only in cases where extensive work has been scheduled will it take longer than this.
What do we need to do to prepare for our kitchen installation?
All you need to do to prepare for the arrival of our team is empty your existing kitchen cabinets and put the contents somewhere safe. We will remove your existing kitchen at the start of the installation ready for disposal later on that week.
Do you do kitchen door replacements only?
In some cases it is possible to replace just kitchen doors. However, this is quite often impractical and not cost effective. In fact it is often possible to replace a whole kitchen, including cabinets and worktops, for less than replacement doors/drawers would cost.
Do you perform worktop replacements?
Yes, we are happy to quote for worktop replacement jobs. You should consider whether your current sink will need replacing at the same time. And bear in mind that it can be difficult to avoid damaging existing tiles when removing your old worktops.
